Q
When I was the hiring manager, I interviewed so many candidates that were qualified.
What I did not see was candidates that were happy.
Or willing.
Qualified. Willing. Happy. It’s just got to be all three or I can’t consider you. The Q factor is nothing without the willing and happy.
And maybe you’re not interviewing for a job. Maybe you’re just taking on a new project. In that case, take a look at employing all 3 values: What of your project will qualify? What will constitute happiness? What are you willing to do to accomplish the goals of the project?
All three matter. In just about everything.
