		<description>I have a friend who is an amazing hair stylist. After eating out together one day, she left a very generous and well deserved tip. Then she wrote just a short thank you note on the receipt for the server. I asked her about it, and her reply was priceless: &quot;As someone who has worked in the service industry for years, I have come to appreciate little notes and big tips.&quot;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since then, I have always tried to do the same, especially for obviously good service.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When appropriate, I love giving hugs, too. It&#039;s amazing how one sincere hug can change a person&#039;s day completely around.</description>
